I am just wondering if anyone knows where I can find the information on this recall notice because my local dealership is being ******** about it and say that it don't exist.

I think teamfc3s.org has more info on the wiper recall, including the letter you need.

edit: nope, its fc3spro.com

Tell them to eat you, they have to do it as many times as neccessary and for the lifetime of the car.

If they continue to be *********, call Mazda USA. Enough complaints and the dealer can lose their license from Mazda.

With all due respect, being a bigger dick than the person your dealing with is not the answer. being equiped with the facts and acting professional will achieve your gola a heck of a lot faster. If I was the service writer I know I would have to fix your car - however - it might take a month if you told me to "eat you". during that Month your car would sit "waiting" for parts, afterall, its now not safe to drive your car until the fix is done and I would be obligated to make that perfectly clear.
