Thumbs up Life after boost creep...

Just wanted to share this with you all since its been so rewarding. I managed to eliminate my boost creep after years of fighting with it. When i first bought my car the previous owner had it running at 15psi with the stock s4 turbo. Yikes! Well to state the obvious i was really carefull with the car the first few months of owning it. I would be light on the throttle, take my time going up hills, back off in a race when i would reach 10 psi and so on. For years guys i would drive my car but not really drive it (full throttle). Its kinda like banging your girlfreind but not really being able to bang her the way you want.

Shortly after, i bought an s5 turbo with manifold and ported the WG some. Apparently it wasent enough because i was still boosting a little to much like 12 psi and sometimes even higher. Then this year when i went after all the issues my car had, I ported the WG an extra 2-3mm approx. Now the car is somthing totally diffrent. Do you guys know what its like to romp on the throttle and give it all you got and not have to worry about the goddamn boost creep??? Im only running at 6-7 psi (maybe 8 max) and with the turbo fully flowing at WOT its a beautiful thing. Not ony does the car actaully seem faster but the sound and tone it has just as it reaches full boost and maintains is next to being a dope head and having heroin running through your viens... Well at least thats how i look at it.
So now with 93k miles on my engine i feel a lot more confident that i can make this factory 13b last longer and at the same time still enjoy my car to its fullest!
