lexus is300 rims and 2nd gens.. heres the deal!

ive been getting alot of questions about the rims on my car which ar stock 2001 is300 rims. they bolt up PERFECT. no need for a spacer or anything. as far as the center caps go all you do is pry off the little lexus L in the middle and they go on the rears with no problems.. the fronts you need to get a smaller dust cap or pound yours down =(.. pics of them on my second gen are below (for those who havent seen it)

20 lbs. with tires would be impossible. You tires probably weigh close to 25-30 lbs.

Seriously dude...25-30 pounds is crazyness. 20 with the whole deal isn't bad at all though. My friend bought come wheels and tires (ASA wheels forgot which ones they're called and Sumimoto tires...bleh) and those sons of bitches weigh 50 lbs (weighed them on the scale myself when they came in). Yes it's a Camaro and all, BUT DAMN!

Even Though Im a newbie here... Im going to have to agree with neevosh.... 20lbs for a 17in with tires is unlikely... I would have to agree with 25-30lbs... If u think about it...that rim probably weighs around 17lbs or more and with tires filled with air.... it cant be around 20...

Have you ever weighed a tire? My 17x9 Enkei NT03's weighed 47 lbs. EACH. The wheels wighed about 17-18 lbs. and the 245/40 tires were about 30 lbs. There's no way a wheel/tire combo will weigh anywhere near 20 lbs. Maybe you guys are just real strong.
