Leg/Head Room in 2nd Gen
#27
6'2" here. My only real complaint is that I can't heel/toe because the steering wheel gets in the way. People have said they've seen my head come thru the sunroof if I go over heavy bumps, and I don't doubt it.

I've found that it's not how much headroom but your girth.
I'm around 5'6 and I fit with no problem.
I have a few taller friend and they do too.
Now my one friend which is about the same height as me but rounder hits his head on the roof.
So I'm guessing his girth sits him more upright and his *** acts like a kiddy chair to raise him up. lol

That's funny about the large girth/booster seat!
I'll keep on reading the threads here, and posting when necessary.
I have made up my mind to hang on to my Subaru Impreza (nothing high performance or modified, just a commuter car) until around New Years, and then let it go in favor of a sports car, which I miss having all the time At that time I'll have around 5-6k set aside for my RX-7. I have always purchased cars at a slightly higher price, but which are in FLAWLESS, originaly meticulously maintained condition. It's simply the way I like to prchase used cars, no matter how much my friends and some family will argue with me about it
This may prove hard to do with the Turbo 2 model, but I am convinced through ebay auctions such as this one, that these primier Turbo 2's can still be found.

Of course, I don't know the entire history of this car, but from the looks of it, it seems VERY well maintained and documented.
SO thanks to everyone who helped me arrive at my decision, I have plenty of time and patience to wait for the perfect 2nd Generation RX7 T2 to come my way.
Thanks again guys, you have been very informative and helpful!
