Ahh, ok, well it could be your air bypass valve relay, or retractor relay for the headlights...

I'm pretty much retarded anyway and I'd have to see the car and drive it, but that is what I would check and what I went through when mine did that. That Temp sensor is critical, your engine will run super rich and be very.....um...hesistant and jumpy, if it goes bad.
There aint no leaks on this car. I just did a TII swap in it. I replaced evryting and I just went through them the other day again. The water pump temp sensor that could be bad but has 56k miles on it.

im not quite sure what the air bypass valve does but it must be that, my headlights work seamlessly

ps take the ground of that black plug on the leading coil cause its a postive,and thus why you probable need a new coil
