Kumho Tires
Anyone have any experience with these? I have been looking at a set of Ecsta 712s for my GTUs. The price is great and most of the reviews that I have seen have been favorable.
Any thoughts??

I've had mine for a few months now. There are some better tires out there.. But they're at least twice as much. For the money ($69 a tire for Z rated), they're the best money can buy.

The Zrated ones are now hard to get, when I got my tires & wheel package, thats what I original ordered, but they got discontinued or something. Kumho now makes the same tire but in a W rating, same exact pattern and control, but it has better treadlife! I don't think its rated at over 180MPH though, which I personally don't think my NA will ever see...so the 170MPH rating is good enough for me Also, I paid $78 each for them.

Actually, you're better off with the W rating.
Z rating is up to 149mph and above. But how far above is the question.
W rating is up to 168mph.
