Knock Need Help Fast!!!!

hey sorry i gotta get my car working soon.

so feel free to flam i know im an idiot, biut i really need some help. I worked on my car a little bit today and now its knocking, kind of.

its an a87 gxl

The theree things i did was change the spark plugs, lenghten the rod behind the clutch pedal and i took the plastic cap off my throttle and tightened it to kind of manualy rase the idle. I know all of this is unconventional and not by the book,k i know its dumb but i could really use the help. Anyways the only thing thats a problem that im aware of is i didnt double check the plugs on the rear rotor and i installed them (trailing leading) inverted. after which i started and drove the car (maybe 200 ft)

It feels eaither like a major knock or a major clutch slip, thats all i can think of, the car seems to idle smoothly, but when i put it in gear the car seems almost like i need to give it way more gas then necissary or it stalls. I dont know the clutch sound like its engaging great though, and the engine just isnt providing enough power.
did i blow a seal or something? or should i just not have messed with the clutch petal rod? i switched the plugs back and it seems a little less pronounced but its stilll jearking back and forth when i try to accellerate in gear, but not when i rev the engine out of gear

scratch that its smooth after initial acelleration, but theres a wierd hesitation like the injectors are really dirty (but it was running fine earlier)

yes im sure everything is correct now, i have done quite a bit of research about my engine, i was just working fast and didnt pay attention to the plugs, but the black wires on the front mounted ignition coils are black and on the leading plugs and the bl\ue, rear ones are on the trailing plugs.
did it maybe do something to my knock sensor or my ecu timing?
