Keith´s FC rails

Does anybody use them? I have them, both upper and lower, but I´m having
problems with installing the injectors. I have been in contact with Keith, but
we haven´t been able to solve the problem, so I thought I post here...

Thanks Oscar

So, what is the problem? bore size, depth, rail height? It's a pretty simple part, what injectors are you using, and are you sure the O-rings are correct? Sorry, but you are pretty vague about the problem, makes it hard to help. Carl

I think it´s easy to fix it, but I have never before installed any fuel components what so ever! I can fab up new spacers for the LIM and the block but I need to know how a proper install should look like...
I´m going with bosch 1680cc injectors all around (I know they might be to big for primary), and the problem is that the injector doesn´t seal against any kind of sealing, like an O-ring or so. There is O-rings on the side of the injectors but none between. And the spacers are either to long (block) or to short (LIM). This makes that the injector sits lose, and I´m able to move it up and down between the mani and the rail.
So the bottom line is that the distance between the rail and the mani/block is the problem, and I´m a little worried about that there´s no O-ring between the injectors and the rail and mani... Don´t want any leaks!

I must say that this is most likely a problem caused of my lack of fuel install experience, and I can REALLY recommend these rails, super quality!

Thanks!

Mainly street, I know it´s a bit overkill and I´m considering to go with around 900 on the primaries instead...

Yah I didn't tell hIGGI the whole scoop. Was not problem with Keith's primarys, but that he had originally designed the primaries to require injector spacers in order to fit the best. I did not want to use spacers, so I declined to use the original design of his primary rails and instead opted for his Secondary rail which, I must say, KICKS ***. Keith was superb through the whole process, and it was a mutual decision for both of us - he took initiative to let me know in case it would be a concern (other vendors should do so well!!) and was very responsible with the whole transaction. If his primarys are as good as the secondary rail I have, they are bound to be superb. Anyway, I strongly recommend his products, and that's my final word. Given the opportunity in the future I will buy from him again, absolutely.
