JDM Vin help
i didnt know if the vins for the jdm rx7's were the same as the usdm ones..
im trying to figure out what year clip i got and im pretty sure its older than they advertised..
i read icemarks stickied thread about the vins and im hoping the numbers are different for the jdm rx7's than the usdm ones.
any insight?

in japan they didn't have the 18 digit vin, the ID number stays the old style.
it should be FC3S-xxxxxx, the first number is basically the year. for the FC they didn't start at 1, so i don't recall which year is which #. it IS the same as the us number, i wanna say 86 is 100001+ and then 87 is 500001+ but don't hold me to it
