all emissions are going to be removed. i can't really see doing a setup like this and putting that much effort to stay legal, when you can space a stock turbo and run the whole car with the n/a electronics.
I'm moving to Asia monday and would really like to see this project run before then.

I know but why go through the trouble of putting it on a 100k+ block if it has the chance to crap out real fast? (assuming it has more than 100k mi.s like most n/a's

Its on a 6 port just to do it, plus there is more air intake on a six port block and higher compression, so we will be able to get more hp and torque out of this block. How long it lasts depends on how well its tuned and if we have the right fuel setup.
