Buy bigger intercoolers. I have my charge pipe(coming off the turbo) burning hot, but when I go to the TB side the whole side of the intercooler and the piping just seem like car was never turned on.. Bigger cores solves many problems...

yeah I think ic with piping like yours shouldn't matter that much because it is far away from the manifold however as you can tell from this pic the old school intercooler kits ran very close to the manifold.

old pics but basically the same setup I have now.

I dont like to hate on peoples setups, cus I think either people did their own thing, and even though I may not like, they may love it. But to be honest, I think it would be more benefitial if you ran it both sides... Battery relocation is not always necessary, but if that is whats holding you back, its not that expensive, especially if yo do it yourself.. And I dont think those greddy kits cooled the air that much, after driving hard. I remember on my friends setup, it was almost as hot as the charge pipe.

Well the reason why it's like that is because it was 500 bucks for the whole intercooler kit, bov and pov couldn’t pass that up. Anyways the way the intercooler is it bends the cold side toward the passengers side of the car so I would basically have to either weld the top part closed and fabricate a new outlet towards the drivers side or get a new ic and piping. To tell you the truth both sound a little excessive to me.

here is a pic of what I am talking about.
