Intermittent spark and no Injection on crank

OK so Here's my Dilemma

I have an 83 Mazda Rx-7 Gsl with a 87 or 88 13b Swap in and what looks like a 87 Harness from the colored wires on the Ecu

The car does not start on its own accept when I compression start it and when I do get it running it has a High Idle sits about 1100 when cold and goes up to around 1500 when hot (I have checked for vac leaks and could not find one)

When I pulled the leading and trailing spark plugs to test for spark I would get the same thing on all of them, As soon as I turned the Key to crank I would get about 2 sparks then during crank it would spark intermittently and then when I let of the key I would get a couple sparks, I went to the coils to see if I was getting power to them and I was at all times when the key was turned to run and crank (when the car is running I have what seems to be normal sparking to all 4 spark plugs)

Also I noticed that during crank my injection was not Firing at all but I do have power to my injectors when the key is turned to run and crank also.

The guy I purchased this car from did not do a great job on the wiring harness when I pulled the carpet to look at the ECU I saw alot of twisted wires black taped up and scotch connectors which blows, but I have been testing all the power wires and grounds to the ECU with a DVOM and so far it seems up to spec from the Pin sheet I got online

Any Idea's?

What do you mean "compression start"? Pulling behind truck?

Was car ever drivable with current 'set up'?

How do you know injectors are not pulsing? Are you testing electronically, or for presence of fuel?

I live next to a hill I give it a good push and throw it into second gear and the car starts right up

Yes my car is drivable in the current settup just has a high Idle where ever I go

I used a test light to check the connector at the injectors saw no pulsing

Just Bumping

I tested my ECU today to see if it was the problem by plugging it into ym friends 87 with same harness and the ECU worked just fine so I think I might re engine harness the car
