Question interesting idea

I was thinking today of ways to kick my friends jeep grand cherokee's ***....that this came to mind....
My uncle works for a local furnace repair place, and he told me the other day he was at a guys house that had an 86' GLX (I think), and the guy was trying to get rid of it because he needed the garage space....the only problem is that it has a blown motor....now my question is how hard how it be to import a Cosmo front end complete with 20B and tranny? and would it fit in the 86? is this even plasuable?

please help......before he gives the car away to someone else.....

I don't think you have to resort to a 20B powered RX-7 to beat your friends Jeep Grand Cherokee (well, unless he is pushing over 800 hp in it...)

The engine may not be blown.. I have gotten 3 cars they were " blown" had all of them running in less than 3 days after sitting with some ATF in them.. Fired right up and have been runing since then.. Years for some of the cars....
