Probably. Unfortunately it just turned into a big flame war.

Wouldn't that be just bad publicity for Boost Motorsports?

Yeah, I think calling your customers 'idiots' isn't such a bright business move...

I'd say it didn't reflect real well on the forum members either. I don't get my panties in a wad anytime soneone uses the "H" word, so I thought the mod was ok.

If I was a new member and saw that thread, I'd definately feel deterred from posting anything asking for an opinion after seeing how bad BM was lambasted for his mod. Granted, he asked for opinions, but the response was way out of hand.

This forum is for the expansion of information for the cars we all love.
Flames or not, Opinions are what makes the world go around. Let's not all feel like we have to put our foot in our mouthes just to keep the othere guy from feeling too bad. If we can't take a little criticism then we need to go back to the nursery.

happy rotoring

I undertand that, and I didnt/dont call my customers idiots, and honestly if I said NONE of them were idiots Id be lying, and that goes for any establishment. Plus what I say on this forum tonight, I dont think has a huge hold on my sales tomarow. Though, what has been said by the other members recently, I do think has some hold on wether or not the newbies as of late will stay.
