installing old school trust intercooler

I just got my old school front mounted intercooler in (thanks eraumazda) and have a couple of questions.

1. anyone have a diagram of where the pipes go??? If not thats cool I can figure it out.

2. How exactly does a pop off valve work??? I know what it does just don't know how to set it for the differant boost levels?? Like if I don't want to go above 14psi how do I set it for that???

3. I'm guessing you use the stock tb inlet???

If anyone has some pics or advise on installing this or tips etc.. please let me know! Thanks

yep I saw that along with a blue one in a black s4, and very nice might I add however I believe the s5 is differant from the s4. Man getting that paint off is fun I have that industrial strangth stuff that you spray on like spray paint and it just crinkles right off exept for the spots that are baked in.

one more question. How the hell do you mount it???? There is one little tab at the top of the intercooler is that supposed to fit in some sort of stock bolt hole location???

why are you painting them? If you want the aluminum look just polish them and seal them with zoop.

This looks about 100% better and easier to do. There is alot of surface rust from the heat so I sanded alot of it off as well as got all the paint off and now I put the first two coats of aluminum on and have one more to go, after witch I will spray a coat or maybe two of clear coat on it. Looks good so far and when I'm done I'll post some pics.
