from radioshack, 2VDC/30A SPST Automotive Relay

Enough switches to make you flip!
This SPST automotive relay is ideal for switching lighting and accessories on your vehicle. Coil rating of 12VDC, 160mA, 400 ohms and a body size of 2x1-3/16x1-1/8".

but, it looks like you have most of the ingredients.. All you need is the relay for your bumper area. There's a green (I think.. maybe blue) plug that isn't plugged into anything near the other relays at the front of the car (near the hood latch). Throw a post in the for sale/wanted section for a fog light (430) relay. I might still have one laying around.. I'll check tomorrow in the daylight, but I think I already sold it.
i didnt know he had an s5, assumed he had an s4 which dont come with the wiring in place for it...

You need the fogs and brackets, and I usually like to get the bumper reinforcement/rebar too, because it already has the holes for the brackets. Otherwise you have to guess and drill the holes where you think they should be, and hope you get them equal on both sides. The front bumper cover has to come off to do this regardless.

Once they are mounted, you can look around where the wires for the turnsignals etc. come into the enginebay behind each headlight, you will find a gray 2 wire plug taped back out of the way. This will plug directly into your foglights. Route the foglight wiring under the headlights like the turnsignals, securing them out of the way.

Once that is plugged in, you need a relay. Go to autozone and buy a 4 prong PILOT replacement fog/headlight relay, they are on the rack beside the foglights. This will plug directly into the car's stock wiring plug. Look to the right of your hood latch and you will see a row of relays. Find the unused green 4 wire plug laying there and plug this into your relay. Use a ziptie to secure it to the metal bracket.

Now you need the stock foglight switch for the console, available from any 89-91 GXL, convertible, or turbo. The wiring exists to plug it right in, just find the connector under the console trim plate. Pop out the plastic filler panel and pop in the switch.

Now you need to find a fuse for the fusebox, the position is labeled on the fusebox lid. Install the correct amperage fuse.

Turn on your headlights, flip the foglight switch on, and awe at your functional stock foglights with NOT A SINGLE NEW WIRE RUN.

Obviously this will not work for series 4 owners since no s4 came stock with fogs.

Can someone show me a picture of this gray 2 wire plug
thanks

Sorry for the delay. INSIDE fuse box. The one under your hood wouldn't have a "bottom right" fuse... would it.

it'll be easier if you just find a foglight relay... that's if you don't know how to work with wiring it up and stuff like that. do you still need the foglight switch? i still have one

for whatever reason my car came with fog lights but they don't have that plastic bracket/surround that goes behind the fog lights.
if i pick up some fogs that do have that, do i really need to take off the whole bumper?

Acually, I think you can take out the headlight assemblies instead... Should give you access enough to squeeze that stuff in there. Removing your bumper isn't all that hard though...

which part though of the fog lights (or fog light bracket) actually requires the removal of the bumper? the write up in the wiki wasn't specific about that.
i'm sure it's obvious if you actually have all the parts but i don't at the moment so i'm just wondering.

Well, you don't HAVE to remove the bumper really.... but it makes it like 1000% easier. You could remove the wheel-well liner, and the plastic under tray, and the washer fluid bottle instead.... might be able to get to it that way.
