ah matt, dude its not too hard i did it, look well disconnect your fuel pump first, you didn't state if you had disconnected it already, take off the TMIC first, then disconnect all the vacuum hoses going to the UIM, then disconnect the sensors and what not, along with the throttle cable its got the little mallet shape to it's on the backside of the UIM if i remember correctly. You must also remove the pin on the front of the throttle body that holds the bar in the linkage(sorry about my termanology, just woke up), and now you are free to yank the UIM along with the throttle body, also remember there is a coolant hose going into the bottom of the UIM, so becareful not to tear that, also disconnect the other water hoses on the UIM on the top, this is the hardest part in my opinion. After you've done all that you need to loosen the rail up and pop the injectors out.. PAY attention because their should be little rubber caps in the little bung where the injectors heads were, keep track of those they HAVE to go back there or else you will have a big vacuum leak, pop those old injectors out and slap the new ones in and your good to go. Hope that helps

I like that method, just yank and cut off what's holding you back.
