Ask Digi7ech, he had this VERY same problem.

Turned out that the Alternator had taken a crap, and was feeding back some how. Dont ask me how that works, but thats what fixed his car..

Pulling an energized fuse will not cause it to blow.

I had the same problem, take the T-shaped two prong connector of the back of the alternator and see if the problem stops. If so, that portion of the harness maybe damaged as it was on mine.
