this is a reading taken from the factory narrowband 02 sensor?
are you fouling plugs or something?

the only way to actually really lean out the car would be with some type of fuel control...SAFC or Emanage or standalone or SDS.....

If your not fouling plugs though and the car runs good I would just use it...doesn't sound to me like the thing is chugging fuel like **** or anything too crazy....

running rich 2 bars on narrowband? sounds about normal i believe.... bogs whenyou start it? you could have leaky injectors, get them cleaned and see if the problem persists would be my recommendation.

Yeah sounds like my '87, probably leaky injectors, mine leak after shutting the car off for a bit, sometimes making restarts rough / smelly, as suggested sending them out and getting them cleaned / serviced should hit the spot. Had the same problem with my '90 and it took care of it.
