Ignition Timing somethings wrong. help!

1988 rx7 TII s4

ok so i got myself some new ngk spark plug wires, and im now retiming my car to see if i can get it to run any better (hesitation woes). So i put the timing light on the L1 wire and time it to the leading yellow mark (5 degree). Then i put the timing light on the T1 wire and time it to the Trailing red mark (20 degree). Just for kick's i look at the L2 and T2 wires. I found that when the timing light is on the T2 wire i see no timing marks, but when timing light is on the L2 wire its timed with the Leading yellow mark (5 degree). I think the L2 coil is firing at the wrong time, and if it is how do i fix this. Any help with this would be appricated.

Maybe this will help.

The leading coils both fire together in tandem every 180 degrees of crank rotation.
