Funny actually. I loved how he shot stuff up with the minigun, it was entertaining!
Also funny how the people that helped assemble it wouldnt let certain people *cough* help with a free Wolf 4.0, turbo motor, turbo to make that thing fly like it SHOULD have. Nope, instead they tried to install nitrous (which they didnt know how to do) and told jesse that it would make 300 hp (someone want to explain how 160 hp + a 100 shot = 300 hp?).
*in cartman voice* : "whateva, whuteva! I do whut i want!"
Anyways, i enjoyed the show and watching the design process. I thought it was very creative but overall a bit dissapointing in the speed department. But thats ok, because the minigun made things all better!

I didn't like to see an Rx-7 getting perforated, but I don't think he went to far, the destruction of a losing car is just part of the show.
As far as the design, he's got himself to thank. His opinion was that there wouldn't be enough power to get two sand paddle tires going, so he went with one single tire. Sure it'd be slow going to start with two tires and the lack of torque but fine once it gets going.
As a result he's got to drive the two main wheels and a third paddle tire. That's got to take more effort than just two paddle types. Seems like he did exactly what he was trying to avoid.
Also if you like the cross so much, you may want to get the spelling on it right... Maltese.

And they started with an ultra-clean vert. That beast was cherry. Body was pristine. Engine fired right up.
For those who didn't see the show, they used a torch and saws to rip metal out of the car to reduce weight. If they took a rough vert or something not so clean, I'd be less pissed.
