Arrow If I make my own MBC, what vac. line(s) do I 'tee' into?

I'm going to be assembling my own MBC using this: http://www.geocities.com/chmwatson/FAQs/mbc.html

Can someone describe what lines I need to tap into...?

Also any other suggestions or tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys

OK lets see. Heres a couple of pics that show the lines that you need to tee into. Hope they Help.

The IMP (Intake Manifold Pressure) Vac line also is the line goes to the pressure sensor, bov, and also to your after market boost gauge.

A manual boost controller does not go near any vac lines. The only line you touch is the wastegate actuator line in the first pic. You don't touch any of the lines in the second pic.

cool. Thanks guys. I checked out another forum members MBC setup, and I just copied it.

Bigdv, those are some great pics BTW.

On my s4 TII there is this 'rotating' nipple sticking out right on the part of the turbo that goes up to the IC etc. It's connected to another nipple about 3" away towards the block. I removed this short hose and replaced it with 2 longer hoses that plug into the MBC... This is how my friend has his setup.

I took it out 15 minutes ago to play around with the springs compression and it was acting pretty strange. One moment it would hit 7psi and then the next 'run' it would only go to 1psi or 3psi etc... Anyways I removed it, shortened the vac. lines connecting to the MBC and I noticed that the fat hoses that connect to the back of the airpump were almost all the way off. Would this cause a boost leak?
