IF the ECu isn't pullin codes-- could it still be broken?
My car burns alot of gas at High Rpm.. Obvious suspicion would be o2... The car isn't putting out any codes tho.. Could it still be possible i need a new one?

Try another ECU. It could be any number of things, and the ecu definately wouldnt be my first choice, but its not hard to swap ecu's. If you have access to one, its worth a try.

the water themo would definatly cause to rich. and very crappy running and starting. I would replace it..
the 02 has no effect of gas at more then 30% or so throttle and / or over 4000rpm

I just replaced it like 2 months ago. Just learned how to make the LED tool again last night made it... It turns out it was the ground wire. The car starts up much more easily now and runs alot better.
