Idler pulley noise

Seems the idler pulleys for the A/C and P/S make a big racket, especially if its damp and cold out. If I give them a little shot of oil they quiet down instantly but the noise comes back after a day or two. I've had them apart and regreased the bearings which helped for a little while too. Is there a more permanant fix, besides buying new ones?

You should be able to just replace the bearings on the pulleys.

I had to replace both of mine about 2 1/2 years ago. Ungodly expensive for the two assemblies!
