Idle Problem

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing a 1989 RX-7 GLX. The car is in excellent shape and everthing works perfectly. The only problem is the car misses a lot at idle, but as soon as you give it any throttle it smooths out and runs beautifully. I do not know much about rotary engines and I have never owned an RX-7. I would greatly appreciate any opinions anyone has on the issue. I really like the car but I want to know what is wrong before I buy. Thanks

Not a rotor? Not a motor.
