An idea on keeping a functional s4 turbo with Power FC

I know I'm probably going to get a lot of why not just swap out for an s5 turbo so on and so forth I know all the advantages of the full twinscroll setup I've helped my buddy with his FD and a friend with s4 turbo to s5 turbo.... so I understand how much better s5 setup is but but I was thinking of a concept so hear me out...

I was thinking about using a low pressure wastegate actuator 3-5psi in place of the factory vacuum actuator and solenoid combo(that's triggered by signal from the ECU when it sees a certain amount of air flow / rpms) because the Power FC that I will be using on my FC does not control the factory system...

I was thinking was because of the way wastegate actuator move is the same direction that the oe vacuum actuator moves except one receive the signal by boost the other receive the signal by vacuum I just wanted to see what some other people thought of it... I know the concept "if you can afford power fc then why not just do the s5".. like I said I'm just thinking outside the box/norm a little bit

oh and this concept would be applied on something like a bnr stage 3 or 4 so 13+psi s4 with pfc oh and I'm not afraid to be a guinea pig I thought about doing it before my dyno day at the shop then post dyno graphs after I tune it

pretty sure there is an output for the FD twin turbo system that works like the S4 twin scroll thing, all you need is a solenoid that turns off at 2700rpm, its very simple. or even simpler, you just need something to turn the solenoid off @2700rpm.

it has been my experience also that the stock RPM point works with the stock intake/exhaust, but then once you open everything up, it probably should open sooner

The sequential turbo transition point setting in the Power FC switches the charge control valve solenoid OFF at the specified RPM (loggable parameter name is "CCN" in the Power FC). You can use that output. The charge control logic is similar to the twin scroll valve on the s4. It's on, pulling the valve closed, until the transition point where it's off.

What you want is pin 4T, and then use your datalogit to adjust the point where the twin scroll valve will open ("high" value), and where it will close again ("low" value).
