If you wanna use any vacuum line to suck somthing into the motor, use the hose from the brake booster. Most vacuum is pulled through that hose.
And is absolutly the best line for injector cleaning, It's the same process that pros use. Ofcourse, your probably going to need some kind of bottle to put the fluid in, and a regulator to adjust how much goes in over time...If you wanna run injector cleaner through it, it only needs to pass through the injectors at a fine drip.
Just find you a injector cleaning kit or somthing on ebay or somthing, but I'm sure theres a way to rig up your own.
Now that I think about it, the brand GUMOUT injector cleaning...says not use to on turbocharged cars or rotary motors....soooo...Im not realy sure about it honestly. I just know the brake master cylinder hose is your best bet.

theres a video on youtube of a guy running seafoam through his brake booster hose on a camry, I would suggest watching it if you are going to go that route. As for steam cleaning, ive heard that the best way is to get 2 long vacuum lines and run them to separate nipples near each rotor at the bottom of your upper intake. T them together and put that end into a gallon of water once the engine is at full temperature and rev it up a bit if it starts to die.
I havent done this before so you should hear from someone who has to confirm that it works.
