I believe the S-AFC is more accurate showing the RPMs than the stock gauge. The throttle % is off because of the design of our TPS, not because of the S-AFC. I believe I will be having the same exact setup almost as you besides the fmic. I need your damn clutch I just ordered 2 more 720s for my primaries. Then I'm getting a catback and will be put on the dyno to be tuned. But if you need 4 720s you need a fmic as well, so start looking into that as well. I wouldn't go over 9psi or so without one with that turbo.

Why did you rebuild your motor ride?

Did it blow or was it just tired?

I have an S-AFC mounted infront of my RPM gauge and it always reads about 1k higher than the stock gauge. I figured since it is wired into my ECU that it would read more accuretly, so i was never really worried about it.
My S-AFC has never been tuned i just left it in factory settings and drove it for about 6 months with no problems. I boosted hard, drove fast and nothing bad happened. The only reason i never tuned it was cuz i never had the time or money to get it dynoed

It had some low compression on the front rotor and I wanted it ported. Plus I wanted to rebuild before it blew and I had the money now to do it.

Hm, well mine is only a few hundred RPMs off. Could be related to your TPS. Any idle problems at all?

Idles a little low around 5-600rpms.

Now that I checked again it seems that the S-AFC is almost exactly double the gauge?
1000=2000
2000=4000

How do I raise idle a bit?

What rpm do you see any sign of boost?

I dont know if my stock gauge is broke (I know buy a aftermarket one, I will very soon) or what it doesnt move, but then again i am going real easy on throttle hence the previous question. I've never drove a boosted car so no idea about boost/rpm.
