i think that i found the problem is that a lead coil is bad...
can anyone find the ohm's for a leading coil where you plug in the plugs, on the coil. not the little bolts, i cant find it in my FSM.

now that i know what the problem was
EVERYONE LISTEN if you check every inch of a rebuild and you dont know what is wrong HAVE SOMEONE ELSE L@@K IT over and double check your work!!!!!
i feel really dumb but ill feel even dumber when i get the new coil tomorrow and it not the problem...
ill get back to you all 3.4.2006

ok so i have a NEW leading coil for my 88 and now i dont get spark
i get 12v to the coil when it is plugged in and when i unplug the BY connector i only get 7.45v before cranking and 5.5v when cranking?
someone PLZ help!!!!
