and i bet arron cakes is only worth $2,000 , lol thats all hes gettin out of an S4 i could care less if its making 700hp its not gona get that kinda money! mines a Very mint cond 1990 S5 every option in it and everything working
In fact, I'm sure that the blue book value on my car is lower then that. But I don't really care as I don't intend to sell it. Assuming I will get it done in time, I will be driving the car to Revolution. You'll recognize it because it'll be the only turbo '86 base with a paint job that will make you cream your diaper. Oh, and the sound of the bridgeported engine through the wide open (no mufflers) 3" exhaust will be nice too...

Sorry, but I'll be too busy giving the tech sessions to care very much about some highschool disagreement.

This whole thread is way too funny...

I'd say if he get's $3k he will be lucky... maybe if it wasn't a automatic (I know I wouldn't even look twice at an auto tranny RX-7) and didn't have crappy Jensen audio (pull the audio if you didn't hack the car to put it in, it will raise the value).

And he wants a 'stang???... I sold my 95 5.0 'stang because it couldn't get out its own way, and too much work to make it fast... Oh well too each their own I guess.

I think it's funny how he attacked people for giving their opinions and then called you guys "smartass school kids". I think this guy is probably one of the dumber people to visit this board and I hope he never posts again. He's obviously overwhelmed by the complexity of an engine with 3 moving parts. I hope you get your stang' and promptly drive it into a tree.

Is that a Threat the rx7 ist?you had better stfu ill be at rotary revo and i didnt junk the jenssen cause it mixes good with my JL Audio sub woffer the sound is great, and further more a 79 mustang dont have all that eletronic crap or a fuel system that ya touch and it goes haywire, i just took off my air box and ran it without a filter on my rx7 and it wouldnt run cause i was testing my MAS so like i said one little bit too much of anything and they wont run, ive never had ANY problems with ANY v8 ive ever worked on, i dont know what to say you guys are either very dumb or unlerned about v8's chances are you have never been on a drag racing team. And know nothing about v8's i work on High performance 520hp 383 CI mopar v8's and they have gave me nothing but smiles from the 11.27 sec run at Race way park Indy, so i dont think a 13B will ever run GREAT and run thoes times in the quater with an AUTO cause an auto can shift 10x faster than the most talented driver, so stop the bs im selling it for a $4,000 cause its a very very nice car to get around and very reliable with a nice stero and paintjob, i dont see as if that is a bad price considering: Check For Yourself >here< go price it and you will see

like i said i relise now that an auto is ****, like i needed anyone to tell me, thats why im saleing it, and i wana get something that i have experence working on, all you ppl know that you dont like working on something that you have no clue what your doing on, o yea ZACK you didnt say weight! you can use a torch and remove almost all the car and put a roll CAGE in for stiffness and get it down to about the same as an fd , then you can but a cheap turbine supercharger and put that on for 50% more hp now we have about 2,500bl car with 400+hp against a 2,800bl car with 300hp lol and a 5.0 is a small *** engine lol a 383 is like 5.7-5.8 lit and it looks small under anything i work on about enough room to get under the hood with the engine , and a 5.0 is about 2.5ft wide by 3.5ft long thats not big , lol a rotary might as well be 1in by 1in i cant even see the block under all the hoses and manifold lol all i can see of the block is the area around the sparkplugs, witch are easy to get out compaired with a 4.6lit ford f-150 lol !

LOL

anyway it sounds like the guys first mistake was to buy an RX-7 in the first place... He should have bought a v8 pony car if he wanted a drag car... not a true sports car.
