I might get another TII =)
Driving to work today, I spotted a S4 TII infront of (yeeech) a honda recycler. Called and it's flooded, and they don't know how to unflood. I may end up getting it if they don't get it (i'm doubting it ) 87 TII 101K!!

It's red, dunno about the interior, when my GF is in class i'm gonna go down and look at it (bout 4 blocks away...). If I get it i'll let you know. He said he's gonna try to get it running to sell it outright, and if it's more than 1200 or so, i'm not gonna get it, so i'll let you guys know (or if I just decide not to buy it, i'll give you the # and everything I know about it) I probably won't given that i'm still making payments, but if he can't unflood it, i'm gonna get it, fix and sell.

Well, it has 99K, its an 88 with a CLEAN grey interior. It's been sitting for a WHILE (squirrel was living under the IC, tons o nuts everywhere...) so here's the situation. This guy shot down my incredible offer of 500. He says, if he gets it running, he's gonna sell it for retail price. Tested for spark, its got it. Battery is shot, and the charge box that he hooked up to it had it cranking pretty slowly. It fired up for about 1-2 seconds then died and wouldn't fire up again. My best guess without thinking the compression is shot (hasn't been checked yet) is that it might (if lucky) just have BAD gas. It had a 1/2 tank of gas that's probably been in there for around atleast 6-8 months.
He "said" some guy offered him 1800, but gut feeling says that was a ploy; you know, the sales "it's gonna go soon, you gonna buy it or what" thing...
If anyone wants the info, i'll give it to em, he's probably gonna wanna sell it for around 1200-1500 (gut feeling) if it's not running.
So, let me know, PM or here, whatever.

I would buy it, but the fear of it having a blown rotor, or needed a turbo rebuild kinda puts me off to it. I got the 83 that needs attention too...
But as far as finding them..I dunno, I just keep my eyes open. I saw a 89-90 GXL for sale, its an auto, it'd be a good daily (115K)

The paints original, its been sitting, so it probably could use a lil buffing. The body is clean, a small dent on the right front fender near the bumper, probably 4" tall 1" deep, the body is a 3/5 (due to old looking paint, and that ding) and the interior is an easy 4/5 (clean!)
