There is a nice 12V ignition switched source located right on the stock e-fan (the one located in front of the rad).

you dont want to use the wiring for the stock fan as your AC switch, as the stock fan is ground-switched. just run it from the AC compressor, im sure one of the wires on there is switched the way you want. as far as running at the wrong time, its probably due to bubbles of heat in the coolant and to heat soak, however, its a good idea to run the fan from an ACC or IGN source anyway just in case, so it cant run your battery down when youre not there.

yup....after my post earlier i went to check on the wires ...its a no go, after turning my car off(turbo timer running) the wire shows 0V.....no idea why cause i 've seen the fan running even after the timer is off..

WTF?
That made no sense...
There is a source of 12V that powers the e-fan. Its a 12V on source all the time while the key is on. you just TAP into it in order for it to run the relay. that way your fans wont run when the ignition switch is off. Also ,tapping off of it does not inhibit the operation of the original fan
My fan runs while turbo timing, and shut off and stay off when the timer shuts the car down. There are 2 ways to wire your fans, the right way, and the ghetto way.

Here's a diagram if this helps. Works great with the ford taurus fans.

I wasnt talking about for the nrmal fan circuit, mr ghetto, I was talking about hooking up a trigger from the A/C. but acttually, you want to run the power for the thermoswitch from the original fan, not the power for the relay, as the wiring for the stock fan is like 20 guage and cant handle the current needed for a full size fan. Here is the way to do it (sorry, no fancy diagrams)
4 terminals on relay:
+12V- power from battery
GND- grounded wherever.
OUT- Directly to positive side of fan motor
TRIGGER- run a wire from the stock fan to the thermoswitch, then from the other side of the thermoswitch back to the trigger terminal. Also run a second wire from a switched AC source (on compressor is the easiest place to find one, there might also be one in the relay cluster in the very front of the engine bay) to the trigger terminal.
attach the other wire from the fan to a body ground and u are good to go.
this si for single speed, if dual speed, he diagram above me is correct.
