They were told I guess that putting a spacer on the cas can fix the problem if it not getting signal to the injectors lol. So this is what they did. The problems was they wired them wrong ******* morons.
Well after redoing everything they did from ground zero here is how its panning out after I do the work.

i get it all the time, usually it is less than a professional doing the work who claim themself to be a professional to the customer.
in short the customers usually look for cheap labor and you wind up with a ball of **** to sort through, i have one similar in the shop right now. you'd laugh if i took the pictures but i'll save him some degradation because he did most of the work himself, lol.
you get what you pay for people.

That's aweful! Let's see if we can name all the mistakes:
-Haltech harness made into rats nest
-unloomed fuel pump/power wires at sill
-random blue wires unlabeled (great for the next person who works on the car)
-battery with no tie-down
-unfused main power feed from battery
-multiple unfused smaller power feeds from battery
-fuse instead of main breaker (fun when it blows in the middle of nowhere)
-massive unlabled wiring rats nest in seat/console area
-vacuum lines everywhere (to be fair, this might be temporary as the car is still being assembled) including over the turbine section of the turbo (yay for melting!)
-Haltech MAP sensor mounted improperly (nipple must face down)
-screw type hose clamps used on intercooler piping
-what the heck is the red wire with yellow crimp terminal on the firewall?
-a million "vampire" type crimp connectors at blue wiring bundle on firewall
-blue wiring bundle right above hot downpipe
-big nasty ground wire to water pump housing (why?)
-poorly crimped stock ground wire in harness attached to shock tower (why?)
-random yellow ground wire to who knows where (poorly crimped and not secured)
-red ground wire with yellow crimp terminal to leading coil base (for what?)
-all harnesses missing body clips
-rear iron coolant blockoff that will fail in 10 minutes
-random excess harness length zip tied to passenger inner fender
-crimp terminals used on green/black wires
-boost controller solenoid not secured
-very strange TID setup
-hoses rubbing and running all over TID
-looks like scrap tubing used as turbo outlet
-no cold air setup
-loads of rubber hoses running over turbine section
-what's with the billion fittings on the hose near the air filter?
-more random grounds on passenger shock tower
I gotta' stop, this is taking forever.
Don't you just love it when people who have no sense even hooking up a VCR try to wire their standalone? It continues to amaze me how many people will spend thousands on a standalone and then try to spend less then $5 wiring it up. And the result is above...Not only would the car have never run properly, but it would have been a deathtrap rolling down the road...

This hack job looks a LOT like a local company here in OR does... (Stereo King). They did this to a friend of mine's car with a remote-start setup. Didn't even wire it to his neutral switch, just bypassed it... all of the wiring was spliced with those little blue splice things, any place where heat shrink SHOULD be, there was duct tape.... I **** you not.

Wow, that's a really bad job. Thats why I do 95% of my own work. Fix all that **** up and do it Right!
If I paid $1500 for a haltech, I'd wire it nicely, like a REAL Professional, thats sooo not professional.
Have a good one, oh and lets get a pic when its done right.
Thanks
