I hate to ask, but what does a blown motor/good body fc sell for?

I was hoping to never have to ask this because it feels like a peice.. a hunk of me died today. My engine is done.... and I have no way of fixing it.
With it having a blown motor I know that it has very little value, but the body is in good shape and so is the interior. It only needs new paint.
Anyways, what do you guys think I can get out of this.
If I probably won't get over 300 or so I'm just going to get hauled off because I'll have to order another title (100) and it just won't be worth the hassle of trying to sell it. Another positive of junking it is that I won't have to worry about what some ******** is doing to it........

It depends on the condition and the year. S4s in moderate to bad shape go for free to a couple hundred dollars all day, clean S4s will run about $500 or so, and people will give their first born for anything S5, regardless of condition.

Yes, you would probably get $300 for it if the rest of the car is in good shape. This is more than what you would get from the salvage yard, so you may want to post in your regional forum to see if anybody wants to buy it and tow it away.

I would part it out as well you can make a bit of money off of it. By the way I'd be willing to take the front fenders off your hands if you do decide to part it out.

You should be able to get some good coin if you part out your FC, especially if you have a bit of time to post on this forum and/or Ebay. If you play your cards right, you should be able to raise at least $500 or more in used parts.

Yeah... Fc's kick ***....
I can't wait to own one whenever I got spare cash to spend on it.
Anyways; I finally got it to start up.. revved to 3k and stayed for a few seconds then died again.
I think my fuel filter is clogged so it isn't getting any gas because this was after I banged it a few times.
Though... I smell gas whenever I crank it.
Idk.... I think I'm going to get stored at my uncle's so nobody will ever be able to drive it again.
I think I love it too much.

I was thinking it might be a fuel leak too, but I can't find any leaks in the line if that is what you meant.
I did finally get it to start -->https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...34#post9584434
That is the thread I started about my problem.
I'm hoping that it is some freak problem with the fuel filter since it started after I f'd with it for awhile and it ran fine afterwards.
I love these cars so much.
Btw; I've been meaning to thank you hypertek I bought one of those cone filters you had found on ebay. haha.
Love the sound.

I had an 86 that had rust through the frame from the battery and was hit, and wasn't running. I just sold it for 450.
