i got a turbo II donor car.

ok so i have a gxl that is in good stock shape, needs a few things. but not bad for a 20 year old car. im picking up a tII donor car that is in pretty ugly shape. primered, body damged not sure if the motor will run. so basically i wanna swap it as much stuf into my gxl that i can. tehre is a high performance suspension setup in the donor car. will that go onto the gxl with no problems?

i hear the rear diff wont swap without using a lot of parts. but that the gxl has lsd anyway?

will the shift linkage be different for both of the cars? the one on my gxl should be replaced.
but if i am planing on swapping the motor all together what from the donor car should i get?

the rear diff should swap right in because they are the same. and the rx-7 dose not use shifter linkage it might just need the shifter bushings replaced. and the tII trans should just swap in to. and if your car has auto adjusting suspension then they wont swap with out pulling that stuff out. and the rest of the stuff you dont use sell on this site.

GXL's came with AAS (Auto Adjust Suspension). You know those two little buttons between the driver's seat and passenger's seat? One says "Normal" and one says "Sport"... that's AAS.

No they are not. This is wrong.

The N/A and TII rear diffs are ENTIRELY different. I won't go into technicalites with the GTUs etc, but to put the TII diff in your car, you'll need to use everything from the TII trans, right back to the rear axles.

If yours is an S4, yes. S5, its an open diff.
