I found a solution for my Auto Trigering alarm?

Well my car (89GXL) would go off by itself. Found out that it was the door swich was too sensitive going off by itself all the time. So I just took off the door and swich. Took the swich apart and noticed it was a simple on off swich with three wires. Black, yellow, blue in the order. When the swich is down it connects the blue and yellow completing the circuit arming the alarm. I just cut the yellow wire to trick the alarm into thinking the swich was up all the time and walla. Its an easy way to fool the alarm because I think that if you disable it other ways the car wont start as sort of a safety. Not only this but I can still use the alarm by locking the passenger door.

Any other easier ways somone has figured out please tell us. Thnx

... why not just take out the alarm?? It's in the glove-box; just take out a few screws, and TADA!

I hate my damn car's alarm. Stupid thing had a loud-speaker on it and would bark *Step away from the vehicle!* everytime you got near it or deactivated it, christ the neighbors thought I was stealing my own car
