I attached a jpg of the Main Relay located just aft of the Trail coil assy.
The Circuit Opening Relay is above the steering column.
The Fuel Pump Relay/Resistor is just in front of the air filter assy/afm. You have to remove the filter assy to see it.

I'd pull the round, white plug off the Main Relay, and see if when the key is to ON, if there is 12v on the Black/White wire (BW in the jpg I attached).
If there is no 12v there, then I'd check and see if the ENGINE FUSE is busted.
If there is 12v on the BW wire on that round plug, I'd reattach it and with the key to ON, I'd go to the LEAD COIL ASSY, pull the small, two wire white plug apart and see if there was 12v on the Black/YELLOW wire in that connector.
IF there was no 12v on the Black/Yellow at the coil assy....then I'd go back to the Main Relay and pull the other plug off the Main Relay and see if there is 12v on the Black/Green wire (BG). If there is no 12c on the Black/Green wire....then I'd go see if the 40 amp fuse in the engine bay is popped.

there is no power to eather the main realy or coils. all fuses are good. something i would like to add is the HEAD fuse blows everytime i put it in, can that mean all the power is being drained elswhere and thats why the head fuse is blowing. I care a lot more about getting my car started then haveing HEADlights.

You can see from the schematic, that the BG (black/green) wire is a straight shot from the Main Relay to the 40 amp fuse in the engine bay fuse box.
Pull the 40 amp fuse out. Lay it to the side. Put your meter down into where the blades of the fuse were inserted. Use a piece of wire or needle or whatever to do that. PUt the neg lead of the meter on the battery negative post when you do that. Did you get 12v off either hole where the fuse *blades* went???

I just had a thought. On the bottom of the engine bay fuse box, there are three connectors that come off like the rest of the connectors on the car.
One is a two wire outfit. It has a BG wire and a WL (WHITE/BLUE) wire. See if that connector is ...connected up at the bottom of the fuse box in the engine bay.
Check the other two connectors to see it they are connected up.
Also, about six inches below the engine fuse box...there is a single wire, black connector, with a single black wire. See if that connector is...connected to its opposite connector. That wire feeds the ignition key the 12v. The ignition key, but not the Main Relay. That is fed by the BG wire.
While there, put your meters positive lead on the rather large wire that feeds the fuse box from the BATTERY. That wire is BOLTED ON THE MIDDLE OF THE FUSE BOX. It should show 12v .

ok, the fuses all have power. and all the plugs are connected to the fuses. i now have power to the main relay(volt meter reads 12v) but i cant feel or hear it klick. I still dotn have power to the coils though.
Q: would haveing a bad ecu have anything to do with it. Shouldent the harness be giving off 12v to the coils no matter what?
