Pinapple did the same thing to a side plate port and still used it.

like i say i went and cleaned it, and i cant feel it even with my finger nail it feels 100% smooth so it should be fine.. i guess we will see after the build is done

i accidentally did a small nick like that in one of my rotor housings and used it, it never caused me a problem.

Don't worry about it. I know for a fact that my current housings are a lot nastier than yours, considering your scratch. My engine ran its best ever on these housings, until a cracked rear plate dowel pin hole caused a severe oil leak, and another tear-down. That engine will be fine on that scratch; rotaries are actually pretty tolerant of scratches on their housings. What they absolutely hate is non beveled or scissored closing edges to ports, and side seal tip impacts to port shoulders. Believe me!
