Hub centring rings 59.6mm no?
I read in the faq's the hub was 59.6mm. I searched for centric rings that has the measurement of my wheels and 59.6mm hub and no dice. First I started with where I got the rims from, they searched all over and replyed with here's your money back we can't get them. I'm going to search all over the internet to make sure I can't find the rings.

Back in 2004 I bought some very nicely made aluminum hub centering rings from Discount Tire Direct. I don't think they ever advertised them anywhere on their site and I forget what made me think to call them, but you might see if they still offer them.

Or if you prefer, you can phone them at 800-589-6789.
If you do end up getting some aluminum ones, it doesn't hurt to coat them with some antiseize before installing them since you sometimes hear about them becoming stuck on either the hub or the wheel, but then you probably already knew that.
...and yes, that is the correct centerbore size for the FC: 59.6

I totally agree. I bought a set of the plastic rings initially but when they arrived I was skeptical of them since I saw that I could chip them with my fingernail. Also I was worried that they'd deform after being subjected to high temps day in and day out. Let us know if Discount Tire still sells rings for the FC.
I have a set of BBS wheels on my 7 now which were designed for a Toyota application so the centerbore dimension is 60.0 or 60.1, I forget. Unfortunately, that is too close to the Mazda size to allow a hub centering ring since the difference is less than 1 mm. I always make sure the lugs are tight before I lower the car off the jackstands, and so far I haven't noticed any vibration or other issues, and the car is never track driven so I suppose there isn't too much stress on the studs.

www.1010tires.com sells them, they're even local. Hub rings take NO force once the wheel nuts are tightened, they're there purely for alignment purposes and aren't even really needed. Sure aluminum's nice, but I've tracked my car with plastic ones before and they were none the worse for wear afterwards.
