how much power should i be putting to the rear wheels?

Racing Beat 3in down pipe and mid pipe custom cat back
860cc Marren Fuel injectors
Racing Beat Fuel cut defender
FD Fuel pump rewired
Port matched upper and lower intake manifold
Emissions block off
Coolant passages removed in manifold
Accelerated warm up removed
Removed Power steering (manual Rack)
Dual alternator pulley
NPR intercooler
Mustang black magic electric fan (Thermostatically controlled)
Greddy Type-S BOV
Greddy Throttle Body Elbow (not installed)
Dow’s Device boost controller

ACT Stage 2 Street Disc Clutch
running 15 psi on 93 octane, tuned using an aem wideband and a safcII, 11.8-12.3 under full throttle.
how much of a difference will teh throttle body elbow make?
