Umm.... I really think that's your decision, not ours. How mechanical are you? How much money do you have? How long do you want to go without your car?

Well, since you post that you don't know what tools to use, nor posess the tools if necessary, I go with B.

It faster, cheaper, and easier for you. Unless you have some internal desire to build it yourself.

i was meaning as in specialty tools to check tolerances and to see if everythings in spec.

there is really no price range, if i did it my self i would add the race berrings, ect because ill be saving on labor; im confident a rotary will be problem free, id pick up the diy re 13 videos and have my uncle help me out; but if that would cost a good amount more than shipping it off ill just ship it off.

thanks for the offer; i beleive im going to ship it off to rotary resurection; but part of me thinks doing the rebuild on my own would be interesting. i have a few days to make up my mind i am starting to take everything appart and get ready to pull it.
