There are two nuts (10mm I think) that hold each of them on from the back-side of the FTP lense, under the headlights. Hope that helps.

Um no. But I will! Just use a dremel, and cut out all of the plastic in the front and back. Paint em body color, or like me black. It really adds a mean glare to the front lip. I will look for a pic!

I just took mine out too, but I cleaned them and put them back in. I didn't like the look of not having them at all but the clearcoat was wearing off and looking crappy. I took some 1000 grit, 1500, and 2000 grit sandpaper and wet sanded the rest of the clearcoat off, then used plastic polish and hit them a few times. It really looked alot better at that point, and just to make them a little more shiney, I recoated them with some clear enamel(would have used a tint shade or candy coat but cound't find any). Plus taking them out completely would increase unneeded drag to the front end.... uh, er something

Pop the headlights and remove the plastic shrouds, then (after pulling the retractor fuse for safety) you can reach in with a small 10mm socket to remove the nuts.

Jap models like mine don't have FTP lenses, they have the lights that Rico mentioned. These are only 5W and used as the front marker lights. They suck. Don't waste money on them. For some reason my car also had working front marker lights combined with the indicator and the FTP ones weren't connected. So I took them out and attacked them with various tools to remove the back (with bulb holder) and the diffuser lense inside just leaving the outer lense, like the US-spec ones. It looks much better because the dark area behind blends into my dark green paint better.

OH YEAH! She is cute! Something about those redheads..... Odd though, I usually prefer brunettes (Rachael Leigh Cook - I consider her an earth-bound angel ) . I'd give up life on this planet to have one of those for a day
