They're simply called outer door window seal, and you can get the Mazda part from Victoria British, about $42 each. Check Mazdaformance also, I'm sure they can get them, not sure on the cost.
Rob XX 7 is right, people would bitch whatever the price. But when you SEE someone's nicely repainted RX-7 (and maybe even a more expensive custom job) it REALLY looks complete when all the trim pieces look new too. Yeah, it's expensive-- get over it.
Otherwise, if you're lucky enough to know someone down south, atleast you may be able to get two that are not rusting and paint those.

When I painted my car I bought new ones from Mazda. They cost $45 per side (Canadian) and were PLASTIC. Therefore, no more rust. I say just go to a dealer and buy them. Don't waste your time painting metal ones that are already compromised by rust. They'll just rust again.
