How to remove dent on bumper?

hey guys just got a free bumper from turboIIfanatic. ( thanks man)

How do i remove this dent on it? Im no body person but im thinking of taking a rubber mallet to bang it out. so whats the best way to do it because i dont want to make it any worse than it is.

I dunno too much, but be careful about the mallet thing, cause sometimes it can bounce it out too much, like a bulge.

Just press it out then sand/fill until smooth.

and if that gives you trouble use a heat gun/blow dryer to LIGHTLY heat it and make it more pliable.
