SonicRat, which manifold would you say costs the most loss to occur, the upper or lower? I'm curious because to me, not having a machinist on hand to fab up my own manifolds, a ported TII LIM seems like the best bet in terms of being the easiest to just bolt up and go. I've got a ported FD UIM I'm going to use, and I'm assuming that the FD UIM would flow better than a TII UIM.

Yes it does. I'd say my loss was mainly due to the LIM and the turbulance caused on the secondary/aux port's slamming against the divider between the two.

I already DO make them. If people would take the time to read the thread that says "Interest in N/A 6port turbo kits", you'd see that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm selling new manifolds that fit perfectly without having to modify anything.

If you wanted to, yes, it could be used in N/A form (just the intake manifolds/etc), then as you got money you could peice together the rest of it and turbo it. If you have more questions, PM me.

As just an opinion,I think it is a lot easier to buy a jpec motor $800, harness $150 ecu $200,downpipe100,odds and ends $500,I'm only saying this because I did it,and you can put a big turbo ems, the works, with a lower compresion motor, but its your choice,I'm just giving my 2cents

You can put all of what you said on a 6port engine as well, and make just as much power, at a lower boost. Not to mention it's a LOT easier to source 6port engine parts (and cheaper).

alittle bit off topic but, all those who are doubting how well/bad the t2 intake manifold work on the 6 port can check this out https://www.rx7club.com/time-slips-dyno-128/na-6port-streetport-dynoed-195whp-update-418805/
as far as sonicrat's kit, he just wants to know if you guys want this to happen or not. i dont think he expects everyone to find t2 manifolds and start modifying them to fit onto the 6 ports that is why he is making the kit. i dont know why a lot of you are complainging about what he is tryign to do instead of being happy that someone is trying to develop parts for the forgoten 6port na guys.

sonicrats working pretty hard on that **** too, dual 50mm throttle bodies!!! everything is awesome, except the emissions part, his manifold setup will flow so good (basically i'm going to keep giving him **** until he gets a setup thats street legal, a.k.a passes visual inspection )

Yeah but he wants like 1200 for a partial setup and like 1500-2000 for a more complete setup, my ballpark is more around like 500 bucks max so i thnk i may keep it n/a or get the parts from my boy if i ever turbo it
get his injectors (550cc) and stock s4 turbo... but i honestly think there is a way to make at least 185-200 whp on n/a s4 with some good tuning and a custom intake manifold, im going to have kahren help me out with this , especially at the dyno once i get an safc and headerback exhaust , hoping for at least 175-180whp with that so like 210@ the flywheel
