600.oo bucks. Allstate salvage vehicle, 1987TurboII. Engine fire. Originaly bought by another person who butchered everything he touched and dropped *something* into the intake while he was half assing the replacement of some of the wiring(some wires he considered non-essential I suppose). Good body and paint. Average interior maybe just a touch better.

$6500 for a 1992 TII 4 months ago.
Of course I've been restoring it as well and probably have $2500 to date in restoration.
Prestine will run a premium usually - $7500 for an emaculent 89-92 is not unheard of. More if it has performance mods.
Most people buy them in good-fiar shape for a discount, but you do pay more if your restoring it.

4 years ago, I bought my 1990 t2 with 40,000 miles for $8000. I just made my last payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm always slow and lazy at paying stuff off, but its finally mine! (I suppose I could have paid if off years ago, but then it wouldn't have the t04 and haltech on it now )

$3500 one and one half years ago. Had 120k on it. I was stupid. Should have only paid maybe $2000 for it.
Have put another $5000 in to it including 2 engines, soon to be 3.
I guess $8500 for a car that can keep up with a $45,000 C5 isn't that bad!??

I STOLE IT! Basically!
Mine was a trade-in at the dealership I work for. They did not know anything about RX-7's and gave her $1500. I took it off of their hands for $1790 including taxes and title.
It had 64,xxx miles. It needed a rear tail lamp capsule, and BAC valve, the steering rack leaked, and the paint was oxidized and needed a good buff.
I have $2600 into it now.

$6000 for my near mint 90 TII. All I need is...nothing! Well, the paint needs to be buffed out and a few dings taken out, but the car is in mint shape. I plan on modding the hell out of it once I get some extra dough.

Keith,
Funny thing was - THE WEEK I bought mine - two turbo IIs showed up in Georgia's autotrader.com and the one I saw was in prestine shape.
But - it was black and I wanted midnight blue - so I bought mine in Maryland and drove it down.

Got mine for 800.00 It had a blown motor, which was a major suck, but it also had 3in RB turbo back exhaust. A major plus. Its in good condition, besides needing some paint.

88 TII running, decent shape = $800 in GA
88 vert running, in great shape = $600 in GA
cost of combining the two into a TII vert = still to be determined (haven't had time yet)
by comparison - my GSL-SE cost $1400 (GA), and was in worse shape cosmetically
