how much air does the air pump really flow?

Does anybody know how much air the air pump really flows? I already know its not enough to boost a rotary, but I have different plans for it. Boosted go kart, baby

I don't know if it would be enough. I would suggest you hool it up to a motor turning the speed you think you will be operating and connect a pressure gauge to it. if it is sonewhere around 15-20 psi or better I would think you would be allright. but if it flows a lower cfm than the carb on your go cart you will have trouble also if your carb has too much restriction you will have problems. are you going to use then intercooler from a tII? :p

Why not just take an old turbo (half dead or something), rip it down to the compressor side, fab up a shaft and pulley. That way, you actually have something that can move alot of air. I've seen electric turbo's before, no idea on how well they work. I'd refer ya to that guy who made the turbo bar stool though .
