how to get rust out of radiator
i just bought my car a few weeks ago and my light turns on once in a while "add coolant" and i noticed theres alot of rust in there threw the whole raidoator and to the thermostat and so on so i was wonderin how i get that out or as much as posiable? thanks! 86 rx7 2gen non turbo!

theres no bottom hose i got a top one and i drained it over and over ran a hose and water threw it but theres still alot of rust in there i need to know what i can put in it or if anyone had the same problem whats the best thing i can do? thanks

buy some prestone super flush, the kind for "NEGLECTED COOLING SYSTEMS" you'll have to read it carefully cause there are two flushes that look the same yet one if more concentrated.
mix it with pure distilled water, use the car for a week or so(about 6 hours worth of driving) and replace thermostat, hoses, and flush completely... refill with desired coolant,either pure distilled with water wetter, or 50/50 premixed.
if all that doesnt work then the rust damage is too great and you're just gonna need to replace it
