how to get out stripped screws?
I am taking out a secondary throttle body plate and two of the three screw to access the plate are stripped? whats the best way to get them off?

Impact screwdriver, Vice grips, Heat, file a common line across them, penatrating fluid, then drill.
thats my fugged up screw idea's make your own order.
Butmake sure you clear ALL the drill filings out of the TB before you put it back together.. I had to drill mine also .. I used to Air compressor to blow all the **** out real good.

Not sure how hot you can get the TB before it becomes a problem.
But one way to get the screw out is to heat it up with a torch... real hot...
then press a candle onto the screw.. let the wax melt real good on it...
keep it heated...
then let the wax dry... wax gets in there really easily... and it will come out pretty easy.
This doesn't always work... depends how stubborn the screw is. But it worked great when I had 3 broken off bolts on a turbo I was tearing down.

I got the screws out. I just cant get the screw that holds spring stop and fast-idle cam pivot. Shes kinda stripped. Ill try the heat and wax thing tommorrow.
