One word "DYNO"
Besides the fact you don't mention how much boost you are running. We don't know how well you have it tuned. Weight reductions don't help hp.
These don't really help anything hp related. Maybe a little on the PS

I reccomend a GOOD FMIC right away. With that you could boost 12 or more psi safely with your bigger turbo. Also get some pulleys and all the little stuff like top fluids and oils. Spark wires and spark plugs. Should be able to hit 350hp. I plan to hit somewhere around 350hp too, cuzz I dont want too much so I can still drift it. Anywayz, GOOD LUCK!

If it bolts onto the stock exhaust manifold, then it obviously isn't a "T3/T4". It is a hybrid of some sort. Get the compressor housing off turbo and measure the inducer and come back to give us measurements.

ok well then its a god damn hybrid i got the car like 2 weeks ago.. it isnt insured and **** so im in the process of learning about my car. The owner didnt kno much about it at all so i gotta find **** out other ways. for instance i discovered that the rims he had on it were work rims with mazda center caps... and he said they were aftermarket mazda rims. Also he said there were no suspension upgrades and i discover that they are trust shocks. So all this ****... im still trying to figure it all out . but thanks guys

you should probably just get a BNR stage III turbo, a front mount, and a wideband. Then boost it to 15psi. That should get you pretty close to what your looking for with the mods. you already have.

you're not going to be safe with just 2x 720cc secondaries. I hit 328rwhp with 80% duty cycle on 4x 720's. You need more fuel for 350rwhp. That's with FMIC and Microtech LTX12 running it.

Beware! Lot's of misguided info floating around here so educate yourself before shoving parts under your hood. On the flip side there's lot's of knowlegable people and info here that you should take advantage of.
For someone that doesn't know much about his car I think you're going about it the wrong way. If you're truly looking to "learn more" about your car I suggest you start by popping your hood, get a Haynes or Mazda Tech Manual and read. You won't be rebuilding Rotaries but it's a start.
1)Get a baseline of what the car is doing NOW.
2)Tune the motor in it's current state to run as good as stock.
3)What are your goals for this vehicle?
Not trying to give you a hard time but help you.
